how are you? i wasn't sure if you had seen my ipad or not. it's pretty cool. quite the organizational instrument, that ipad. books for days too, for free. je l'adore.
My head is a jumbled mess of french and english now, really. Switching keyboards, languages, speaking voice, thought processes. Though I feel like I'm getting better. Better at French, better at teaching. Not better with nerves, mais c'est la vie, ça.
Right now Russ and I are doing our homework (kind of) while listening to NPR. they have an NPR news app and an NPR music app, so we've been listening to some free concerts. Little Dragon yesterday when I downloaded it, Gold Panda now. it's nice. i'm sorry my capitalization is all over the place.
You've gone so many places! Though I'd like to see some of YOUR pictures so I can stop feeling slightly creepy when I comment on your friends pictures. I'm sure you are just super super busy. I understand. I've been neglecting your blog. But making powerpoints for my french students is so time consuming! I'm so concerned (too concerned I'm sure) with fonts and layouts and things, but then I also have to account for the Mac/PC switch...Busy times.
I want you to study coffee and wine while you are there. Or coffee and something. If you have a more relaxed schedule, study food! or don't I guess. That DOES seem like something I'd like to do over you, but I feel like we both like it. Get a cute little notebook and make it your coffee journal - write down where you get each cup/how much it cost/presentation/taste/atmosphere etc.
I'm going to make you a twitter. And then you can just sign into it on your phone and get all of the pictures I want to tweet at you. All you have to do is download the app and sign in...
Okay. I need to go prepare myself for labor day. We are going to Louisville - cook out at my parents house! And more homeworks to be had. Je t'aime, bisoux. Also, here's the concert I'm listening to that I was talking about:
